International Shipping FAQ

When will I receive my order?
International shipping times via USPS are somewhat variable due to the need for customs clearance. 

How can I track my order?
We send you an email containing a tracking link, if available, when we prepare your order for shipment. If you have established an account with us, the tracking link will included with each order.  Shipments made via USPS First Class Mail International to countries other than Canada are not tracked.

The tracking says my order was delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
This is a very rare occurrence, but it happens. Call us at 206-937-1515 and together we can work out the best solution.

How can I determine whether there will be customs duties and/or taxes on my shipment?
You are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes at the time of delivery. To determine if you will be subject to duties and/or taxes levied in your country you will need to contact your country’s customs authority or post.
