Items
will be accepted for return if all the following conditions are met:
- The
item is completely unused and is in as-received condition
- Brushes:
All packaging and
accessories are included and undamaged
- Combs:
Package is unopened
- You contact us within
45 days of delivery
- You
have received a return authorization and the authorization number is
indicated on the return parcel
We inspect returned items very carefully. Should our inspection determine that the item has been used
at all, no refund will be issued and the brush will be returned to the customer. If we provided free shipping for the item(s) returned, the refund will be reduced by our shipping cost.
For partial returns, the reccovered shipping cost will be prorated. The cost of returning the item to us is assumed by the customer.
