Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if your order is shipped to an address in Washington State.

Washington requires that we collect tax based upon the rate effective at the shipping address. You will be charged the tax rate in the locality with the highest total tax rate when you place your order. All tax collected, including any amount in excess of the tax effective for the shipping address will be paid to the Washington State Dept. of Revenue. If you wish to have any excess tax collected refunded to you, please email or phone us at 877-532-7788.

This policy is necessitated by our inability to determine the appropriate tax for the shipping address at the time you place your online order. If you wish to only be charged the tax rate at the shipping address, please place your order by phone at 1-877-532-7788.

I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  To assure that there will be no delays in fulfilling your order, we charge your card at the time you place your order. We promise that we will ship your order no later than the next business day. In the rare case of an unusable shipping address we will delay shipment until you provide a usable shipping address.
