  Our fulfillment rate is 99.9%. If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart that means that the item is available for immediate shipment. If you ever have to wait for an item to come back in stock to fulfill your order, we will immediately refund your payment and supply you with the item at no charge when it does come back in stock. In the case of an order for multiple units of the same item, only one unit of the out of stock item will be supplied free.
110% Price & Service Guarantee
  If you find a U.S. dealer that regularly stocks Mason Pearson products that can match our combination of delivered price and prompt delivery on any item we each have in stock, we will offer you a discount of 110% of the price difference.

In the case of a competitor that offers a lower price, but slower delivery, we will meet the competitor's delivered price.

Example 1:  Our price is $99.95 and a competitor offers the same item with airmail delivery for $89.95, a difference of $10.  We would offer you the item for $88.95, a discount of $11.00 (110% of the $10 difference).

Example 2:   Our price is $59.95 and a competitor offers the same item with UPS Ground delivery for $54.95.  We would offer you the item for $54.95 and include our airmail delivery.

Just contact us at customerservice@tressence.com providing us with the internet address of the competing retailer and detailing the item(s) you intend to purchase.
