I bought this Mason Pearson brush over two years ago and have been using it almost every day. The quality of this brush lives up to its name and its price. The cleaning brush is fabulous once I figured out how to use it properly. I recommend this brush to everyone looking for a high quality boar bristle brush.

My hair - and I - love this brush!

I purchased this more than a year ago and have been using it regularly. I was torn between thinking this would really work to improve my hair and thinking it was just another hyped, expensive gimmick.
It really works.
I have long, fine hair. The boar bristles brush my scalp and hair without being too soft to make a difference, nor too rough and thus tearing my hair. It's just right. With daily use, I find this brushes the oils from my scalp and distributes them to the dry ends of my hair, making for prettier hair and a longer wait between shampoos. I'm actually happy with my hair now, which I can't say I've ever been before.
I'm also glad to see that these brushes are still handmade in the UK - the quality really shows. There's no way I'd go back to just any old hair brush after seeing firsthand how well this does the job.

From the first stroke, a wonderful brush. My scalp felt tingly, my hair beautifully detangled, shinier and less fly a way! I have 2 other boar bristle brushes (not Mason Pearson) which I have owned for years and will probably end up in the trash, there is no comparison. The guide was very helpful in the final decision . A bit costly for a brush but worth every penny!
I am in love with my hairbrush.
