The Mason Pearson Pocket Sensitive is a softer bristle version of the Pocket Bristle brush

  • Best suited for fine, thin hair of any length.
  • Also recommended for African hair.
  • 5 rings of gentle pure boar bristle tufts set in a pneumatic rubber cushion that regulates the penetration of each tuft to gently condition the hair and scalp.
  • Overall size is 6 3/4 inches by 2 inches.
  • Includes complete use and care instructions.
Note:  The Pocket Sensitive's bristles are rather soft, so unless your hair is fine and thin, stiffer bristles will be required to reach down to your scalp.  Consider a Pure Bristle model if your hair is of fine to normal thickness.  If your hair is described as "fine, but a lot of it", consider a brush in the Bristle & Nylon range.

pocket bristle brush - sensitive December 7, 2008

I love this brush and carry it with me everywhere.  I use it several times a day and would not be without it.  I have long fine blond hair and one or two strokes with this brush and my hair comes alive.  There is something so satisfying about the texture of the boar bristles that no other brush offers.

I have longed to own a brush by Mason Pearson and LOVE my bristle brush!  I've noticed that I do not have as much hair loss when brushing my hair as I did when I used a cheaper hairbrush that seemed to snap off my hair.  It has been a staple in my beauty regime and I highly recommend people to spend the money on this quality brush because we only get one head of hair!
